This store is the best around. They've rec'd numerous awards for their service. For example, in the recent pet food recall, none of the products they stock were on that recall. Most people don't know this but the owner is very generous in regard to the community. He has made many donations to schools, events and charities.

The owner of this store Joel, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, he can seem grumpy sometimes, but that goes with the local flavor of Montclair. To be honest, I haven't seen better service at the chain store in Verona. Yes, his prices are higher than a chain store, but he has a frequent shopper program that rewards you for shopping there. It ends up coming out almost even to what I would pay at that chain store, and I am patronizing a local business that is much more convenient location wise. I don't go to the chain stores anymore; it's only Montclair Feed & Pet Supply for me!

They had the food I needed for my dogs, when every other store was out. Friendly staff. The store has a black female cat that is the sweetest thing! Only drawback is there's no parking lot. Only street parking by the store. Must walk half a block down for the parking lot.

Friendly and helpful staff. Owner is very knowledgeable. Has dog washing stations to wash my two dogs. Great selection on foods and supplies.

We have been going here for eight years. Any time we have questions or concerns they always have good advice. They carry a large variety of great brands that can't be found at other nearby stores which makes them very convenient.

Recently just went to buy some pet supplies and so far my experience was not so great. The employee didn’t know anything that I asked him and the store was quite messy. I was actually expecting more from this store. I do not think I’m coming back to repurchase and I hope they get someone with more knowledge on animals to look after the store.

Never had anything but friendly service here. Very kind to me and my family and they carry items you can't find in big box pet stores.

Everyone including the owner is incredibly helpful and pleasant. Always happy to shop here.
