Montclair Residences at Bay Street Station

Allister Montclair is a gem and a wonderful place to live. To add to the spacious apartments and the friendly neighbors, the staff is top notch and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of all of their residents. During my time at Alister Montclair, Leasing Consultant Nick always went above and beyond. No matter my requests / questions big or small – Nick always ensured everything was taking care of and responded in a timely and friendly manner. He always added that personal touch to my rental experience at Allister Montclair. The maintenance staff was also quick to respond. Jim and his team were always willing to help with a smile and warm hello. The team at Allister Montclair generally cares for their residents. It’s so refreshing to live in a community where you have great amenities, spacious apartments a team that displays top notch customer service and generally care for their residents!

Our apartment is so awesome and modern! Nick from the property staff has been extremely helpful through all steps in the application and renting process, and after.

I was a walk—in today at about 4:30pm and was greeted very pleasantly and professionally by Serena who said she would contact Nicholas to talk to me. He arrived within minutes and chatted with me in his office and wanted to know how he could help me and what I was interested in. He proceeded to show my friend and I throughout the building and explaining what the various rooms under construction were going to be. The gym was impressive and the pool area was lovely. The one bedroom apartment #118 was shown to us. I love the patio and the kitchen and the W/D in the apartment. The amenities are impressive but I don’t like the charge for parking as I don’t have one now in my luxury apartment building. We came back to his office where he gave me the floor plans and more information and discussed occupancy dates. The experience was exceptional and I am excited at the possibility of living there. Absolutely love living here. Have had excellent experiences with maintenance. Jim is always helpful and efficient whenever he comes by to fix things around the apartment. The whole staff is very friendly and makes the building feel like home.

The Alister has been a great experience. The staff are all helpful, friendly, and professional. Apartments are spacious and conveniently located. The on site dog park is an especially nice amenity! Looking forward to utilizing the renovated gym and cafe soon, too.

Moved in a few weeks ago, the apartment is great! Nick and all the staff have been very responsive to the minor issues we had on move in fixed within the hour. Residents have been very nice and everything is kept very clean. Definitely would recommend

I knew I wanted to live in Montclair for my “fresh start” with all the arts the town has to offer. I couldn’t have chosen a better place than Alister Montclair. Easy walk to the train for my commute to work in NYC. Tons of restaurants are walkable too! Staff and residents are very friendly and the pool and BBQ areas are a bonus. Moving to Alister in Montclair was best decision I made in the last year. A safe, friendly, beautiful apartment in a vibrant town.

I live here in these apartments and I want to say that I have had the best experience since moving here from St. Louis. Nick has been the best property manager ever and if I need anything he is always happy to help!! I recently came to the leasing office to get a jar of salsa open and he was able to open it for me! 10 out of 10 for his customer service and people relation skills!!!

I’ve lived here since spring of last year and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed calling this my home. Maintenance is taken care of swiftly, along with Nick and Selena who handle any issues you may have. If you work in the city like myself, the train behind the apartment is extremely convenient, especially after a long day. Overall, it’s a nice community of people, with a nice selection of restaurants just down the road!

Everything feels brand-new and top notch. Great amenities and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend for anyone looking in the Montclair area!
