Monte Rossa Cafe

This is the best place for coffee that I’ve found in Portland all week. The small iced mocha was only $3.75! And it was delicious, very well made. And the barista was very welcoming and friendly, me and my boyfriend appreciated his customer service a lot. It’s the cheapest and best tasting mocha in Portland in my opinion. Definitely recommend this place for coffee :

This is the best coffee shop in town. The guy who runs it is super friendly and passionate about his community. I don't have a super fancy coffee order, but I do occasionally like a cappuccino, he always does a fantastic job no matter what I order. The prices are so good you might think you stepped into a time portal. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Go there and see how nice it feels to get some great coffee and food from someone who is genuinely glad you are there.

Ive been coming here for a while now and this coffee shop not only has amazing food, atmosphere, and addictive coffee, but it is a safe place for so many people in the community. We all come here to sip coffee and enjoy our time together and I've made a lot of friends, including the owner who is a truly great guy, gotta love em.Food: 5/5

Hands down my favorite cappuccino of all time! Monte Rossa is a super casual, intimate little gem in old town Chinatown. Everything produced from the coffee drinks, to all the prepared food is of the utmost quality and made with so much love and care. This cafe has been around for 16 years!!! Since COVID, it's currently been run entirely by one man, the incredible cafe owner Rob. It's obvious Rob puts his full heart into making sure he takes care of his people. If you're in the area, stop by, show some love & your support! Your taste buds for sure won't be disappointed. Old town PDX may have taken a hit during the pandemic but there are people in this community who still push onward everyday and inspire without even realizing their positive impact. Great service, memorizes his regular's orders. The barista made us London Fogs and custom hotdogs despite both items not being on the posted menu.
