Monte Vista Water District is a county water district that was formed in 1927. MVWD provides retail and wholesale water supply services to a population of over 130,000 in the communities of Montclair, Chino Hills, portions of Chino and the unincorporated area lying between the cities of Pomona, Chino Hills, Chino and Ontario.
Monte Vista Water District strives for excellent customer service and continually focuses on public education of water conservation methods to promote sustainable water usage.
