This is literally the best experience I have ever had at a medical establishment. My whole family including myself had our teeth done by Dr. Mary Richmond. She is hugely experienced and it really shows. She is completely up front and honest - I trust her completely, as did my rather nervous 7 year old son! Also, the place is a model of efficiency. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes because they have everything organized so well. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you for doing such a great job fixing our teeth in my family!!
Dr. Richmond is extremely knowledgeable, thorough in her work. She suggests feasible options instead of pushing you towards the most expensive one. She is great with kids. Staff at this place is also excellent - professional and courteous. Great place.
Both of my children have received orthodontic care from Montgomery Orthodontics. I interviewed 5 or 6 different orthodontists before choosing Dr Richmond's practice. My children and I are all very happy with our choice. Dr Richmond is the best.
Dr.Richmond and her staff are all great! Very positive experience. Covid safety was taken seriously and she only sees one patient at a time, giving them her full attention. Dr.Richmond is kind and professional- my son enjoys going to her.
She is really good. She did a great job for my eldest daughter and son. And now we are back for our youngest. She is also friendly and her office has state of the art equipment.
A wonderful service, these are caring and responsible people. They are working with you, adjust and support. Doctor is very passionate and thoughtful, she's supporting local baseball team thorough years, is very kind and gentle. We had to come several times after hours because of discomfort with the braces or similar things, they were cleaning the office and they never turned us around. They really care.
