Terrible company!!! My real estate agent went through them but they were so incompetent they got me a late fee on my property taxes & said my trash bill was paid for 1 month after The closing date but I got charged. Their receptionist was a total airhead, she shouldn't even be allowed to work at a McDonalds. I asked they reimburse me for the trash bill & property tax late fee but Peter Poll was very unhelpful. All he did was send me reciepts by email & kept saying he'd help me & over a month went by and I called them weekly, he & the receptionist kept telling me they'd get back to me but never would. Finally I had enough and sent Peter Poll an angry email asking he call me immediately but of coarse he blew me off. I was luckily able to resolve the trash bill on my own (no thanks to these jerks) but they still owe me for the late fee on my property tax!! My real estate agent was even shocked at how terrible they were. He apologized & said this was the first time he ever used them & would never again. They didn't even get the house keys from the former owner of my new home when escrow closed, I had to call him & arrange it delivered. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM CAUSE I CERTAINLY WON'T EVER AGAIN‼️ I want to give them ZERO stars but 1 is mandatory but I'll sure give them five thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎
