Moon's Nails

I went in to get an acrylic overlay and gel polish on 10/31. It is 11/2 and it looks like my nails have been done for 3 weeks. The gel polish is cheap my nails are not entirely polished. The polish is chipping and just poorly done. Whan nail booth 10 kept naming prices for services $5 to cut down nails etc. However, she did not do my nails properly!

I went in with reference images of exactly what I wanted and they told me they could do it. I wanted a squared acrylic nail with green gel and a chrome finish. The nail tech filed my nail into an almond shape. I spoke up and said that wasn’t what I wanted, and he fixed the shape by majorly filing down the length. The acrylics are barely longer than my natural nail. When I said something he just sat silently and continues to work. The color is very close to what I wanted, through the finish isn’t chrome at all. He just buffed glitter into it. The nails are uneven both in length and thickness. They feel extremely uncomfortable. He even missed spots in the glitter so they look patchy. He was very nice, but my nails are awful and I almost cried when I left.

honestly the best nail salon i've been to yet. i loved how they didn't just do your nails, but they actually talked to you, had a conversation that didn't feel forced. the ladies that took care of me and my crew were so polite and had such great humor. informed you of the prices while doing your nails so when you get to the front to pay, your not shocked or disappointed. best experience.

Shout out to my best friend Naomi! She did my nails so well. I recommend this place to anyone new to the "Nail world". I definitely found my forever "home" for getting my nails done. My 11 year old daughter and I went for dip nail fills and pedicures. My nails and the pedicures were nice. However, my daughter's nails weren't covered all the way back and two nails cracked the next day. When we went in to have them fixed, the techs acted as if it was my daughter's fault. I was going to have her nails redone, but just told them to fix the cracked ones and that we wouldn't be coming back. Definitely not good customer service.

Gel nails were applied on Monday evening, by Tuesday evening they started to come off, I called to tell them what happened and we would be there on Thursday to get them fixed. A 35 min drive. We got there , we were told it could be because of using hot water really they said $5 to remove the gel I said watch I could just peel them off completely so need to charge me $5 to take off because I peeled them off in front of them . I said I would pay the difference to apply powder instead of gel. They said that would be cost me $25. So I paid $37 for gel on Monday, come back on Thursday to fix them and add powder would be $25 . I said how much is powder she said $47 . I said I should only pay you $10 for the difference . She said no. I have been coming to this place for 3 years and to have gel come off in one day and saying due to using hot water. I did pay the $25 in cash and won’t be back. One would think they would make a customer happy about the service that didn’t stay on for one day.

Kim has been doing my nails over 3yrs and her work is consistent. Jenny does a great job on my pedicures. Both ladies take their time and I never feel rushed. The shop customer service is A+.Services: Nail art

Recently, I was told I am no longer diabetic thanks to lifestyle changes. Diabetics are advised not to get pedicures. I wanted so badly to finally get my first pedicure ever, so my friend and I tried Moon's Nails due to their prices on the website. I was a little nervous they wouldn't be good, but they were awesome! The place was clean and the employee I had, My, was super sweet. She was patient with me not knowing what to do automatically and was accommodating. Both my best friend's toes and mine looked awesome! The price was not bad at all either. We will definitely be returning. <3Service: Pedicure

This place is amazing! The last time I went the lady that did my nails did an absolutely amazing job and listened to what I wanted without making me feel like I was asking too much. They are always so nice and do a really good job!!

I have gotten my nails done at moon nails now about 4-5 times & every time they are just the way i want them. They always get me in even when i show up 45min b4 closing & every time i am very pleased with the outcome! They are very friendly & quick to get you in a chair & out the door!!
