We worked with Ryan from Moon Valley. He made the experience really easy and exciting. You can tell he is very passionate about his work… and that passion leads to a better experience for the customer. He has great ideas to make your dream a reality. Or, if you don’t really know what you want, he’s got you there too. We knew we wanted hardy plants and trees for the Arizona heat… but also love lots of color and that tropical feel. Landscaping is expensive, but I felt Ryan worked with us to find options that met our budget as well as what we were looking for. I even got the magnolia tree i have wanted for years! He offered advice on where we could get smaller, less expensive for plants, and where it made sense to get the bigger ones. He communicated very well through the process, and seemed as Proud and excited as we were when the plants went in! The crew that installed the plants worked really hard. I couldn’t believe they did it all in one day. They were very professional, and made each area around each plant look perfect. I am looking forward to how the plants flourish in their new home! I told Ryan we will be back for the front yard as soon as we are ready!

Ryan and the team have been fantastic to work with at Moon Valley Peoria. We had them plant all the trees in my yard and I'm extremely happy with the result. Great nursery location. Easily accessible and they go the extra mile to help. I bought a Pineapple Palm a few months ago and they called to let me know it was time to fertilize it. I walked over and paid and they gave me some Moon Juice fertilizer to use in the meantime before the deep root injection that will be occurring in a few days.

We’re absolutely ecstatic about our landscaping experience with Moon Valley Nursery, and our most amazing Ryan Olson! We will share some pics, but first want to express our most sincere gratitude for making the entire process easy, efficient, and professional. There were zero excuses, zero no shows, zero no returned calls. We’ve all gotten so beaten up with poor customer service during these times of Covid, that we’ve become accustomed to the pick a number and get in line attitude- it’s become the norm. From start to finish with MVN, we never had this feeling, and knew we were dealing with the best of the best. How refreshing! Initially, we were working with a large Phoenix landscaping company that worked tightly with our pool build, which was an absolute nightmare. The rep there never once followed up after a brief meeting. He had that pick a number, get in line air, and made us feel like we should be grateful to be able to even get a landscaper at all these days. We finally rejected this attitude, and stopped in at Moon Valley Nursery. Enter Ryan Olson. What a slice of Heaven he turned out to be! The day of planting came after some changes to our order and design just the week before. Ryan was so accommodating, and assured us that all would be perfect. It was!! The crew that did our planting was no short of amazing. A huge thank you to the foreman Aaron, and Kyle, El Capitan- Chewy, and all the friendly, awesome guys that worked their butts off from start to finish. They all had smiles, and helpful ‘can do’ attitudes. They were all there to make sure we were perfectly satisfied with placement and planting. What a crew! All in all, we are beyond satisfied with our entire experience, from start to finish. The quality of trees and shrubs are the best we’ve seen. Thank you to Ryan Olson for finding the best of the best, and claiming them as yours ours with your personal red and white candy cane tags!! We got great service here and a home visit to determine what extra plants we needed to complement our landscaping put in by the builder. We received a quote the next day and they're able to plant all the plants for us in a little less than 3 weeks. Moon Valley Nurseries has excellent customer service and I would recommend visiting them for all your landscaping needs. Ours was not a terribly large project and they told us it didn't matter if it was a $300 project or a $30,000 project they tried to give the same care and attention to everything. I really appreciated that!

Went to moon valley nursery on pinnacle peak, and met with Vince who drove me and my baby around the nursery to look at all the trees and shrubs and vines to help with completing our back yard landscaping. Had a wonderful time even though it was a billion degrees! After a lot of back and forth on which trees and shrubs to choose we finalized the plans and I was squeezed into their planting schedule before a family trip. The planting day went perfectly, awesome crew and Vince came to make sure everything was good, even checking on and fertilizing a tree that I am having trouble with from another place. Follow up is great as well! Definitely recommend :

We come back every year to this nursery to get our Christmas tree because of their great service and the way they give us a positive kickoff to our holiday season, and this might have been the best year yet. Doug and Padon were more than helpful--they were personable, kind, and knowledgeable. They cared about us and our experience, not only while we were on the lot but whether we would be sure we had the perfect tree once we got it home. It was like talking directly to Santa's elves! Good trees, we were sure they would have--and they certainly delivered-- but the photo booth, the hot chocolate, and all the effort they clearly put in to ensure we had a good experience really pushed this year over the top. I'd give 6 stars if I could, thanks y'all!

Kyle Smith and his crew called ahead of time and arrived on time. Everything was planted exactly where we wanted and was done so efficiently. They did a wonderful job, we couldn’t be happier. Kyle answered all of our questions thoroughly and was sure to verify if we wanted a 1 year warranty on the trees, which we did. Our yard is beautiful. Thank you Kyle.

The crew even fixed one of my leaning fruit trees, I purchased last year as well. Toni, your what customer service used to be. Im very pleased to see it still exists.
