I went with my husband on a date night for a tour and tasting. We learned so much from the tour about mead making and the company's history. Then came the most exciting part, the tasting! Their mead is phenomenal. So tasty. The staff here are extremely nice, and educated in exactly what goes into a great bottle of mead. I can't say enough good things! Highly recommend for their tours, and especially for their outstanding mead. Try the cider too!

A phenomenal variety of meads. You like sweet? They've got it. Spicy? Yep. Dry? No problem. There are several options for tastings (at various prices). We chose the 7-mead option, so we each got to taste 14 different meads. There were still many, many that we didn't try ... and I haven't even mentioned cider (which we skipped, at least this time around).

Few years ago I was up in New Hampshire and visited! I wasn't able to try but I got a tour and sat around while others tasted. Today I found a bottle all the way in Carbondale, IL and bought the apple pie flavor! It is as great as I thought it was going to Be! Perfect sweet white wine! I hope to visit again soon!

Moonlight Meadery is one of our favorite local businesses. So many amazing flavors of mead. (Smolder is my new favorite.) Everyone is so nice and happy to answer questions, if you have time for the tour and tasting it's definitely worth it.

Awesome tour, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, and most importantly, the mead is delicious!
