Great place for all your shoe & boot repairs. I have taken different shoes & boots there over the years & all my jobs were first class. Locally & family owned & operated for two generations. Genuinely friendly, nice people who share their knowledge & abilities with care & maintenance of shoes & boots. They always gave the price & repaired by date up front & meet the price & date. I would not, will not, go anywhere else.

Rude woman at the front desk. Took one look at shoes and threw them back at me and walked away without conversation. A conversation about why they didn’t want to help would have been ok as I can take no for an answer, but the attitude was out of this world. I should have known as on the phone call I made to them a few days ago she cut me off in the middle of a sentence by talking over me and shutting down the conversation a conversation that could have prevented the entire interaction. I’m disappointed as these guys were helpul in the past. I guess things have changed and maybe it’s time for retirement.

I have been using this service for quite a few years. They are friendly, accommodating, and very professional. They go out of their way to solve problems to suit the customer. I have shoes that are over 20 years old that still look great because of the care received here. A definite A+ in my book!

A wonderful shoe repair place! I brought in two pairs of leather-soled pumps that needed repair. The shop was very honest and up front about what they could and could not do; they told me not to even bother trying to repair one of the pairs of shoes as the damage was too extensive and would prove a waste of money. The second pair needed new leather soles. The shop used extra-thick leather to replace the soles so that I would not wear through them so easily again. The repair was absolutely beautiful and very professionally done; you can hardly tell where the seam is between the new and old leather soles. They also cleaned and polished the shoes up beautifully. The repair cost about $75, including tax, which I felt was very fair given the materials and expert work! I will certainly come back with any other repairs I need in the future.

Very disappointed. I took in a backpack-type shopping bag to have a straight seam re-sewed, the woman gave me some nonsense about her machine only having a zig-zag foot that would tear up my bag. I've had shoes and a purse repaired there in the past, both requiring straight seams, so I don't understand the problem. Maybe she doesn't need the money for the 5 minutes it would have taken to make the repair. I won't go there again.

Moran's is one of the few places left to get your shoes repaired. They do a nice job. However, you have to pay in full in advance, as opposed to a deposit. I've always been satisfied with my repairs.

Terrific little shoe repair shop on the Westbank! I needed my favorite 20+ year old boots re-soled, and they made them so much better. I've since taken two more pairs of boots to them. Reasonably priced, friendly place.

I hope people continue to buy goods in high enough quality to be repaired instead of simply replaced. It's the only way businesses like this will stay alive. They've only repaired shoes for me but I'm sure they could do purses and other leather goods. Very nice staff and quick repairs on items.

They did a great job stretching two new pairs of shoes for me. I had purchased some pricy new shoes and have wide feet. So it was well worth the price and the time; took over a week because they only have so many of the devices to do the stretching.

Thanksgiving eve rescue! Needed to get my boots repaired fast! The day before thanksgiving I found the pad for the heel had fallen off, and I couldn’t find it! They promised I could have them back by the end of the day, I went in and they promised it would be done in an hour... they must have sensed my panic. In 30 minutes they called and said they’re ready! I wasn’t expecting anything perfect, but wow! It’s beautiful work!!!! Absolutely perfect! I have several pairs of shoes, with broken heels I will be bringing them all here!! The customer service is just fantastic!!! The smiles and attitude just put me in the best mood! The feel of the shop is so mom and pop I just loved it!!!! My only problem is I can only give them 5 stars, wish I could do 10!!!!
