Twenty years ago, our organization, One Dozen Who Care, Inc. was formed at this fantastic B&B. Monica and Daniel treated us like queens. We will never forget how they helped us to have a memorable experience that has helped us to help so many other folks in the mountains of North Carolina. This is an exceptional place to stay with extraordinary folks who run it.

Excellent customer service, cleanliness and overall experience. Easy access to restaurants and downtown. Peaceful and welcomed change of pace.

As someone who travels often, Morehead Manor is by far one if the best places I have ever stayed. My husband and I came for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Monica and Daniel made our stay much more magical than we expected. They are both so warm and inviting, we had wonderful conversations and delicious breakfast every morning. While there we also enjoyed an in room couples massage. Saturday morning we had an in room picnic prepared by Monica that was to die for.
We stayed in the tiger room which was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The house is so beautifully decorated and well maintained. It's obvious d that Monica and Daniel love this home and the guest that come are well loved. We hated to leave and are already talking about making another trip.

We had a great stay here. The breakfast was delicious. The owners were very hospitable and good to talk to. I would definitely recommend staying here.
