I am a fellow Realtor and worked with the Morgan Davis team on a transaction recently. I was the buyers agent, they were representing the seller. They were such pleasure to work with throughout the entire transaction. WONDERFUL communication and fast response times. Overall- great transaction experience for both my client and I. This team is a great group of people that genuinely care about thier clients.
Of all characteristics that I’d want to find in a real estate team, trust is #1. Sure, the Morgan Davis team is incredibly knowledgable, hard working, reliable, and easy to get along with. But most important to my family is the trust this team instills. If you work with Morgan Davis home they treat you like family and go out of their way to make sure you get what’s best for you. This team is sacrificial and as good as it gets. Couldn’t recommend them more!

5 stars? What about 10 stars!? Carolyn Kaleel did an amazing job selling my mother's home. She found us an ideal buyer in a slower market. My mom had lived in the home for 60 plus years so there was a lot of sentimental value in the transaction. She understood the importance of good buyers who would love the home....and she found the perfect people! I could not recommend her more highly. Thank you, Carolyn!
Morgan Davis Homes came highly recommended from multiple friends for good reason. We knew next to nothing about the home buying process going in but never felt overwhelmed and were confident they had our best interest at heart. We worked with Carolyn Kaleel who was beyond amazing; she is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking. My partner and I used Morgan Davis Homes to look for our first home. We worked with Trevor, and he helped us find our new place! We moved quickly, but we never felt rushed. Trevor was GREAT at selecting homes my partner and i were interested in, as well as talking through tough decisions with us. Morgan Davis worked with us during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and took health and safety very seriously. Morgan Davis walked us through every step of the way, and connected us with with Guild Mortgage which was a spectacular experience, assisted us in finding contractors, inspectors, ect. They made us feel comfortable and encouraged through the entire experience, as first time home buyers we were never in a state of worry. I highly suggest Morgan Davis for any of your needs when it comes to purchasing your home!
