I damaged the cladding on the new door I purchased at Morningstar.   I was told to contact Jordan in service and he was so polite and knowledgeable. I own numerous businesses and I know customer service and I was so pleased and impressed with Jordan!! Thanks Jordan!

I purchased 29 windows and a sliding door but the slider was damaged. Jordan was very helpful and made the process stress free by replacing the slider and installing the hardware  handles and locks on the new slider. Overall I had a great experience
