Praise God for Lawyers who are still professional and honest! They did exactly what they said they would do! They treated me with dignity and respect and gave me a reason to trust them. The caring that each person showed especially Susan, (who I originally contacted) Wilson, and Nancy was heart touching. When I received flowers and a full course meal at my door due to the deaths of my two lovely sisters it brought me to tears. Who does that if they don't care? Michael really did a wonderful job at my mediation on 7/17. I noticed right away before my mediation, from meeting with Michael at his office, that he is very knowledgeable in his field. He’s also pleasant with a warmth personality. My first offered was low and I declined, because of the pain and suffering I am encountering. So I decided to go a step further with my case, which ended up in mediation. Was I nervous? Yes indeed, but Michael being self-confident of his work, assured me of what will take place at mediation. Once I got there it was everything he had said. I was not in there to long as the negotiation was taking place. Michael was wonder and yes he showed off his knowledge and self-confident. He's has amazing skills in negotiating. Michael was wonderful and yes he negotiated a better settlement that I was comfortable with. I have always turned to James Morris firm for my personal injuries and I have always referred my friends and family to the firm.
