Jacob was a complete professional. Knowledgeable and friendly. Took care of our little castle called home. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms. Installed a sensor that was neglected by my home builder that could save a lot of headaches ifwhen things go wrong. I would highly recommend him and his team for your yearly HVAC maintenance! I added the before pictures. Wish I took the after pictures cause it was like new after he did the cleaning. Def def def worth the price! Even signed up for the monthly service package! We were so impressed with Parker when he did our fall 2023 checkup on our heating system that we requested him for our spring check up this morning. He did not disappoint! Parker arrived right on time was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the process checking and cleaning our HVAC system to be sure that we will be ready for the coming warm weather and answered all our questions. And he even was gentle with our dog! Morris Jenkins is indeed fortunate to have him on your team!!

Absolutely great service!!! Roger was on time, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and honest! We have dealt with Morris Jenkins for years..... This company has it all together well...as much as anyone can in this high tech world LOL Their commitment, values, and work ethic are on full display. Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan, a technician from Morris Jenkins. Sunday evening I noticed that my AC unit was not functioning properly. I came home from work and knew I had to make a call, it was very hot inside my house. Jonathan came at 10pm and diagnosed the issue immediately, he proceeded to get the job done and was very thorough. He explained everything clearly, I felt comfortable with him in the home. He provided us with knowledge of MANY things as first time home buyers that will help us in the future. Brian came to our house for a bi-annual service and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to do an in depth review of our system, walked through our options with us and presented them in a format we could understand, and even took the time to help me store the Christmas tree in our garage I know, i know it’s April and it shouldn’t still be out but I have been waiting on a male friend to come by our house to help me and Brian, without anyone asking, offered to help. Phenomenal service.

Sidney and Rich were amazing! Such professionals and knowledgeable and personable. They are going through a smelly broken line at my house yet they have such great attitudes. Dan was so friendly!! I commented on how I love the techs with Morris Jenkins, not only was he kind and professional , he also did an amazing job of inspecting and cleaning my unit. We had time then to chat and exchange Miracle stories. We both know how Gods plan works for those who believe. After he left I felt as though I had a new friend! Thank you Morris Jenkins for hiring and training the best of the best! Tyler was the previous tech who came to service my leaking sink. He as well was kind and professional! He was another example of Morris Jenkins hiring the best of the best!!

I appreciated having Jarrett visit my home today. His 24 years of experience showed through and even though the news wasn't good, I am pleased. Josh Boggs and Dan Quinn installed my new systems today. I got up extra early for their arrival and turns out, I didn't need to. No worries, they arrived and got right to work. It took all day. They cleaned up when they left and I am excited to put my new system heating and air to work. More importantly, I can't wait to sit on the porch and experience the quietness of the new air conditioning unit located in the back yard. I told myself last year that a unit should not take over the quiet sounds of nature. I am expecting a lot here and should be able to check out the sound within the next few days. Nick Bailey also did a great job and answered all of my uninformed questions that made me a more informed customer! I believe had I had Morris-Jenkins come out years ago, I would not have needed a new system. The rep sent from last company that did the inspection left me with an uneasy feeling. I feel good with these new units and I have a warranty to back it up!
