Morris Performing Arts Center

Nice theater with good entertainment. Many dining options nearby to make a good date night out of your visit. Plan on getting there and parked at least an hour before showtime or three for dinner and a show although McDonald's and Burger King are within walking distance for a quick option. Overall I give it a 5 but have to minus 1 for the cost. This may not be a problem for you but it keeps us to reserve this visit for only very special occasions.

It is a beautiful theatre. Wonderful acoustics and there really isn't a bad seat in the house, from ground floor to third balcony. Drink prices are what you'd expect, however they do carry several good craft beers. I can't wait to attend another of their features. You'll love it.

Beautiful venue. Great for a show like Alice in Chains. Historical value and shear design is off the charts. Accoustics are superb. However we had to move three times as it seemed the first two ushers we're clueless as to how the seating actually works. There was no air. It was nearly as hot as an outdoor venue but seats are so close together and uncomfortable. Never seen that many people complain about at an indoor concert in May. Mixed bag on the venue. Depends on just how bad I want to see the next act if I go or not.

Old and beautiful but also small. Very tiny seats(if you're 6'2" or over your knees will hit the seat in front of you) and overall crowded...especially the lines for alcohol(CASH ONLY!) and merchandise. The sound was really good...well balanced, don't think there was a bad seat in the house. Also clean bathrooms and friendly staff...I would go back for another concert!

Always a great place to go and see a show. It's absolutely beautiful inside. The ushers are always so friendly and helpful. I would have have them 5 stars but the only bad thing is there is no parking close by.
