Moscot - Union Square

Went in to this Moscot union square location to get two pairs of Moscot glasses that I purchased online adjusted for fit. Arthur, the rep that took care of me, was awesome. Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Most other places take several tries before the glasses sort of fit right, but Arthur was able to make several quick tweaks just by looking at the glasses on my face. Glasses fit perfectly now. Highly recommend this place and huge shout out to Arthur!

Love these guys! Bought my glasses last year and broke them. They are able to fix them right up. I don’t want any other glasses but MOSCOT. Quality is out of this world and mad comfortable. Forget all those designer glasses because of the name. These are the right people with the right product. These are designer glasses. My type of quality. Man I love these Zev glasses.

First time customer review. I was there few weeks ago, I wanted to get a pair of shades. I was greeted by Bart, he helped me pick a perfect pair for my face. He also fixed my old glasses and didn't take my $. This is my first pair of Moscot glasses, definitely will be coming back.

I used to always buy my progressive lenses here. I recently bought a pair they were made incorrectly. They turned me down to review and remake them because it was more than 2 years warranty.. I explained I did not use them as I could not read or use my computer with them . As I was out of town since the beginning of the pandemic and just returned to see my eye surgeon because I have virus in my eyes and can't use my contacts. Now I'm stuck with these very expensive glass Es I can't read with. So very disappointed because I've had to retire last year . Money is tight for sure

After 2 plus years I returned to this Moscot location to adjust my unused frames ! Arthur took wonderful care and promptly fixed my glasses N/C ! Will always shop here even though I live in Seattle. Thanks Robbie

Very happy with my new gelt in sage. They were extra accommodating and let me switch frames after I wasn't feeling the first pair I got. I also.own.the pat for years. Was time for an update. This place is unique.

Why didn't I come here sooner? Just purchased 3 pairs of frames - it is incredibly difficult to find smaller frames for a narrow face and very myopic near sighted, thicker lenses even in hi index. Sturdy frames, lots of choices in classic styles. Contemporary and affordable sunshade clip-ons which fit many frames! At 6th Ave, was greeted warmly and immediately Julie C. was on the right track with styles that fit perfectly and have wider rims for myopic thicker lenses. Funky and functional. No pressure just excellent advice and plenty of time allowed for decision making. At Moscot, It's not just about which frame, but how many?
