Very Poor after sale service When I ask for a call back and you say you will, I expect you to Is it too much to ask when I have spent money buying a car from you? I think not After reading some other comments on here it would seem as though I am not the only one that has had this issue Time to get it together folks Remember I am you future customer as are all the people I know

After leaving Moss Super Store we were sent to Moss Motors for our vehicle inspection and diagnosis. They called stating the vehicle qualified for a new transmission and it was authorized by the new car extended warranty I purchased a year and a half earlier. Charity Phillips was very helpful and called before they closed so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. She even agreed to take my deductible payment over the phone since we're nearly an hour away from the dealership. I've had several vehicle warranties yet this is the first time I've ever had to put one to use. I can definitively say this has been a seamless experience under the circumstances. If I ever purchase another vehicle in the future I will go to Moss Motors FIRST! Thank ya'll for being an upstanding establishment. It's refreshing to know there are still HONEST businesses out there! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! *****

Being from out of town, all we needed was an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were amazed how quickly the car was finished and how reasonable the price was.

Take the good [reviews] with the bad. The car buying experience, for most, is less an experience and more a hindrance and stress. It doesn't have to be. If you want to graduate to the best driving experience, buy at BMW. Find Chad Trotti or Michelle Newland and you're in good shape. Finance is great; Brad and his team do not pressure or assume. Kevin, in service, needs a pay bump... I could go on for days as to [why], but suffice it to say, he is certainly a go-to member of excellence at Moss BMW.
