This is the hotel that I’ve been saying that with my family it has been an amazing stay we stay days to weeks at a time the staff is amazing I got to say the most amazing staff I’ve came across in a hotel. I have to say Tatiana has been amazing everything and anything I need she has went over and beyond for me and my family any problems we have she always has made sure they are fixed so as for that thank you again Tatiana for everything you are a amazing person. The other worker Sid is also a amazing he has helped me out as well. Thank yous for making our stay awesome.
Horrible!! Booked a upgraded room for 4 nights was told one was not available on the main floor due to me being disabled but was told the next day I would be switched it never happened. Don't plan on getting any sleep at night either the police were here twice that I know of while I was here the resident motel dwellers raise hell and yell and make noise enough so that sleep isn't an option. Luke warm water is all basically a cold shower in the winter the plumbing in the bathroom has interesting fixes issue was not addressed either staff was rude and just couldn't comprehend why I was upset did not feel like it was a safe place trash was all over once again Horrible have stayed at many motel 6 over the years and have never been so disappointed ever
Terrifying experience that sure will influence future stays at ANY motel 6. I wasn't even staying simply here to visit an old friend when upon arrival was instantly not by an armed security guard as if I had driven on to foreign soil. A quick pinch on the shoulder to acknowledge this was real I pulled in p which is now forever going to be labeled last House on the Left. It wasn't but a few hours later our conversation was disrupted by a seemingly irate or delusional prior gas insisting that we in fact and were acquainting ourselves with her belongs. If you calls to the front desk to confirm his stay had been nothing short of a week the front desk assured us this would be quickly settled. As I grab my things and walked out the doors quickly met by a bounty hunter I really explaining that her belongings had been packed away cleverly in my bag as I continue to walk in here of an unlawful act I drove away only to read a message from my friend stating that armed officers themselves in his room invading his privacy and by taking pictures and shamefully blasting him to the rest of the hotel community fear I not say more for the ramifications of tinkering with such a insidious branch of law enforcement I've come to realize that my voice will no longer be silenced hear this cry for justice. It's paragraph forgive me if I'm wrong but hotels are meant for relaxation and place to prepare for the next day not to be met with armed security guards and premeditated unlawful Acts and forced against its patrons.
We were trying to choose between this and another motel down the road, couldn’t be more glad with the decision we made. Tatiana was incredibly accommodating and professional, and the room was very tidy. Thank you Tatiana for making our stop in Thornton a great one.
My key wasn't working right for my door and 2 ladies that worked around 9 or 10 shift only gave me one key thankfully for the night auditor tony Williams he made it right and gave me 2 working keys. He was very polite and helpful plus professional as far as asking me what room I'm in and whose name it was under because to me that says a lot about him cause he cares about our safety. Thanks again Tony Williams
The room was ok. But the guy at the front desk I believe hos name was Thomas Hunter gave such good customer service, he made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a good one. He went above & beyond. I will definitely be back this summer. Thank youRooms: 3/5
The front desk woman Melissa and the I'm manager were extremely kind, helpful, and awesome people! They are the perfect example of employees all hotels should be having care for their guests!Rooms: 5/5
Reserved for a couple days, didn’t need much because I was going to be out and about and would really only need the room for sleeping, but I had hoped for a bit better, even if it is just a Motel 6. I was told check-in started at 3pm, no rooms were ready and I was told to come back in a half hour. And the staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care too much about anything going on. I know it’s not the Ritz, but I was surprised that there wasn’t even a mini fridge, microwave, or iron. The bedspread was stained, the floors weren’t very clean, the security latch above the deadbolt on the door was broken off, and the window didn’t shut all the way, amplifying the already very prominent noise from being right next to the highway. The a/c worked well, and the mattresses are tolerable, one more pillow would have been nice though. Didn’t try the tv but don’t remember seeing a remote for it anywhere either. Had a laugh about the little tree car air freshener hidden in the light fixture- gotta do what you gotta do:
walked into the room and it smelled like a sewer. Stepped into the bathroom and discovered the toilet had been used. Walked around the corner and saw a bunch of hood rats hanging out. Very poor neighborhood filled with crime. Did not feel safe. Requested refund immediately and left. Do not stay here!!!Rooms: 1/5
I booked a room for a down and out friend for the weekend, who had recently lost his job and house due to complications and medical bills from a brain tumor. The office staff treated him less than human, gave him an uncleaned room, sheets unturned, trash and used razorblades spread around. When he called it to their attention, they claimed it was showing it had been cleaned in their system. When he asked for the manager, he was told he was eating, then that he wasn’t feeling good. They offered a refund, but refused to look at the room, substitute it, or clean it. He opted to clean the room himself rather than walk to another hotel in the middle of winter. I am disgusted that people would act this way, especially when the room was paid for just like any other.
