I went there on a Sunday after making an appointment for the style I wanted I showed up and there was no one that could do cornrows…..I ended up getting individuals my head hurt so bad I was thinking about paying her to take them right back out……I am never going here again

The service was terrible! I was told that the hours of operation was 8 am til 5 pm. My daughter and I waited for one hour in the bitting cold on New Year's eve morning. Once they arrived, the attitude was unbelievable. I showed the picture of the style I requested. She said she could do it. It looks nothing like the picture!! They also use some kind of blended hair that looks like yarn... My daughter is writing her own review. She is equally dissatisfied. I will never patronize or recommend no one!!!!!

They are full of it and very unprofessional. I called got my hair done about three weeks ago on July 16 2018. After a week my braids started coming out. I was a loyal customer but they lost one. I wouldn’t recommend you spending your money there. Some of the workers are very disrespectful. Respect is due to a dog. Called to say I’m on my way lady yelled at me and told me no I’m busy can’t do it.

The customer service is terrible !!! They scream talk ALL day long!!!! I don't mind talking but when ur screaming and stopping in mid braid I have an issue with that! they are plain rude!!!! I've been there before and my hair was always nice but the customer service has always been bad! the last time I went I got box braids and they are UGLY!!! They are way to big and I was told they used the wrong hair !!! I wasted my 160!!! the shop is dirty so take ur own comb and a pair of headphones if your going to this hole in the earth!!! ::::Update:::After one week my hair is a mess!!! And I have to take them out! The result of using too much of the wrong hair, looks like I had this in for a month! Smh

9/28/17 I've been coming to the shop for almost 3 years and my last 3 visits here I was not happy with my wait they are so inconsideratecame in at 9am left out at 9pm & didn't not like my braids. Today I come in here at 8:30 for my hair braided up into a ponytail here it is 5:31 p.m. I'm still in here here not done. They always changing prices they tell you one thing over the phone and when you get here it's another price. And yes all they do do Is scream and yell across the room and talk about people but take our 100s of dollars its ashame. I have got to find a way better place to get my hair done today was the last day that they receive any penny from me again.

Will not be coming back I just got my hair done last Wednesday mind you it’s Monday my ends are raggedy like it’s been in months looks like crochet and after I asked Ayesha to braid my tips I was told I had to pay more after already paying $200 for knotless!! So over them they won’t be getting my money anymore!

Been going here for over 10 Yes over 10 years and I still have my edges and so does my daughter who has been getting her hair braided since she was 7 and she is about to be 14. The price is average and so is the time. I drive from Delaware and the ride is not long at all.

I feel like we put money in their pockets they just disrespectful nowadays honestly
