I was dreading coming to get my ID based on previous experiences, but I was pleased with how quickly the process went. It's a lot more organized because of Covid. You book your appointment in advance online. The process only took me 10 minutes.

My experience was a good one I didn't have an appointment and I was still see with in at least an hour and a half! And the employees were friendly and nice. I got what I needed done and I was out.

Feb. 18 2019, Came right after doing an emissions test about 30 minutes after they opened. Got here about 8:30 expecting an hour+ wait line. Got in and out with my title and plates in 30 minutes. The two people I worked with were very helpful, quick, and easy to work with. Best MVD experience I've had so far

This location is as fast as the express shops with their new appointment system. Timothy went above and beyond for me. He dealt with Santa fe directly to handle a difficult title situation for me and did it all with a great attitude. Thank u!!

The lady was rude as hell and I will never come to this location again. If you didnt want to be bothered with you should've stayed home lady.

Jorge Lopez was fast and efficient. We arrived on time for our appointment, sat for only 5 minutes, then was helped. Jorge was focused, kind, and courteous, even printed our temporary insurance car we emailed him.
