Thought I'd share this after a few years of silence. I was pulled over by one of your officers for a suspected traffic violation, inspection sticker. I had just registered the vehicle the day before. The officer pulled me put of my vehicle and searched me and my vehicle without my consent. His reason? "In the state of NH, if you have a record its probable cause." Yeah. Ok. Violate my rights and lie to my about it. I wasn't issued so much as a warning because I was completely within the law. I didn't file a complaint because I figured that cop was humiliated enough right then and there. I was even nice about it, told him next he needs to ask for consent before searching my vehicle without ACTUAL probable cause.
