Don’t apply here please. They will scan you for your security deposit & say they didn’t notice you moved out. Mind you I gave them my house for the apartment early
Great place to live....
It's not awful but could definitely be upkept better. It needs updating but looks clean. They repainted the apartment I looked at but they just went over the chipping paint. You can see it has at least 10 different coats of paint. Some spots are falling off already.
Dirty hallways, dirty walls, management is rude. I also received a letter to remove my dog from premises or I will be evicted. But almost 50% people have dogs.
Very helpful service, clean, large closets and lots of them, spacious living/dining area, Large bed room. Rent is completely reasonable. Love the area right in the middle of residential area with nice houses. Close to shop rite, parks, banks etc.
Don’t rent an apartment in this complex. Poor customer service. Office workers are rude and inconsiderate when dealing with tenants. Overpriced, outdated apartments which are in need of renovations. There are pests which the management company appears to not be concerned about. I will be reporting them due to unsanitary conditions.
