Mountain Alarm

Great company with great pricing. The people I have worked with have all been really helpful and nice, yet professional. We did have a small problem but it was taken care of immediately. It was a setting that was entered incorrectly but was a simple push of the button. I highly recommend Mountain Alarm.

Had a great experience yesterday when i called the service department regarding a motion sensor tamper trouble notification. I was expecting to need an in-home a service call, but Justin calmly walked me through resetting the system over the phone, which solved the problem.

After a rocky start and some miscommunication, Mountain Alarm corrected the issue with our alarm system. The tech was knowledgeable and the customer service person helpful

The technician was amazing and technically sound. The gal, I think her name was Erica went that extra mile to accommodate me with a difficult alarm concern. Thank you to both of you.
