Mountain Dogs Daycare

Our dog spent a week with Mountain Dogs over April Vacation. When I went to pick her up she was in no hurry to go home. I think she wasn't ready to leave her canine and human friends. The staff seem to really love the dogs in their care.

This is not some institutional day care, the dogs are a part of the household. There are no crates or pens. It’s like dropping your dog off at your friend’s house. I can’t recommend it highly enough!! My dog comes home pooped and well loved.

Shannon (the owner) is amazing! She is so flexible and the pick up/drop off service is incredible. She posts multiple videos and pictures daily on Facebook so you can see what your pup is up to. There's nothing better for a dog than hikes in the woods and our pup is always happily exhausted by the time she gets home! Highly recommend this day care!

Not many doggy day cares take dogs hiking. Mountain Dogs Daycare does exactly that. A couple of days a week they hike for hours on trails in the woods, rain or shine, hot or cold. When not hiking the dogs can just hang out with other dogs in a home environment. I highly recommend taking your dog there where all dogs are treated like the family dog
