If I could leave zero stars I would. I called for a quote on my dress and they said for an evening dress it would be 15. So I came by and dropped it off, they gave me a receipt for 15.50. I thought great and it’ll be ready in two days! I get a call the same day from the owner. He says this “isn’t a regular dress” and it’ll be 28.95. How did we get from here to there?? He said yeah it was his son in the store and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. This son was in his 40s/50s. The owner probably in his 70s/80s. So I thought that can’t be great customer service, I was ALREADY given a receipt for 15.50. Stick to your word at least. He refused. I said well let’s meet in the middle since I didn’t expect to pay 28.95. I suggested 23. He countered with a no way and it HAD to be 25.95. This man fought me to the death for every penny. Needless to say I am not going to a shady place like this again. Be a man of your word and honor the prices your own employee or so. Gives out. Don’t be shady and call and demand double. Not worth it, what a scam.

Wish there was for 0 stars it needs a 0 star review!!!!! Worse place ever!!! I came for an easy alteration for a dress pant that was just an easy fix and the man gave me a receipt for $5.50 and I was like perfect not bad for alteration. I came back to pick up and he was like it's $20 the $5.50 was for cleaning not the alerting I told him that's not what I was told. Then he said ya I had to sow it and patch it I was like no u didn't it just need to be sown nearly anything and he was like no no no. So he then charged me $20 I almost left my pants there instead. I just didn't want to be rude to an old man but dame they lie to u to get your cloth back. What a rip off!! DON'T COME HERE!!!Service: Alterations

Friendly staff and always on time I've been taking my shirts, suits there for the last 5 years and I've never had a problem with them, staff is friendly, might be over priced, but they offer good quality. - Update Oct 2018 - As I said in the review I left a year ago, I'm in no way associated with the place, but I do not know why other people had bad experiences, I've lived in the area for almost 10 years and I never had a problem with them. I've taken my work suits, shirts, pants, jackets and they're always on time, the place is near my place, I'm pretty sure that if there was another one closer I'd go to the closer one for convenience. Give them a try is you don't like it go somewhere else.

Worst place, charged $40 for 2 skirts to be fixed. MADE IT WORSE AND argued it was good. Wanted one skirt to be even from the bottom AND completely made it worse and changed the fabric to try to hide it. NEVER GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
