My dad is Roy Hunt. He is the founder of Mountain States Concessions. Sadly, My Dad past away in 2008. Reading through the reviews I know he would be disappointed how the customers are being treated and pushed way. The person who drove from Idaho...Wow I'm sorry!! My Dad worked hard for so many years. Spent a large amount of savings to get his business going. I bet he is rolling around in his grave. I guess that's happens when you are handed a company for free. Cuz we all know it wasn't on their dime. Really, They should have some respect for his Company and Customers!!!!
I have been ordering here for several years and never had a single issue. They have always treated me with kindness and respect. They are whole sale only, so ignore the reviews that simply don’t understand that. They take good care of their customers A+
Pretty disappointed. I usually buy my cases of popcorn for our machine on amazon but was told by a friend about this place you can purchase it locally. I love to support local business, but when I walked in I was asked if I was a business and told them no. They said they are no longer selling to just anyone without a business because it was to much of a "pain". Tried to buy local, guess I will continue with amazon. Hopefully amazon does not take over your business as they have so many others!
Used to purchase popcorn from this location for our popcorn machine. But as the other reviews have stated they are no longer selling to locals and are doing wholesale only. Sad as we loved supporting this company and like to support local businesses. Sad they felt the need to turn down business from all us local business supporters. Hopefully they didn’t bite off more then they can chew!
Extremely rude! I needed to order and because of covid and not placing a order for 2 years she told me no. I know someone else that called to Place with them as well and she was very to her too. Go somewhere else.
They pulled the wrong product on an order and then refused to take it back. Horrible customer service! Just go to Gygi or find products online. Very disappointing!
Came all the way down from Idaho to make a purchase for my business because their business hours said they were open. They wouldn’t allow me to purchase because I didn’t call ahead. Thanks for nothing. So incredibly frustrating!
Horrible....absolutely horrible customer service. Truly never seen the likes of it. I have no words truly. Just so shocked that they stay in business treating their customers so horribly.
Good to find a brick-and-mortar store that stocks concession supplies and equipment. It just kills me that they DON'T ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS.
wish they took credit cards, business could be even better.
