Used geico insurance and they fixed my cracked bumper right up. There was a very small scratch near the bumper when I came to pick it up and the manager was courteous and had the shop take care of it. There was a two day delay in pickup due to an employee having an emergency and not able to work, not sure why, but they made up for it by making sure I was satisfied with the final product. Would come here again for body work

I was referred to Mountain View Body Shop through Geico Insurance to repair my Toyota Prius. They took a reasonable amount of time to fix my car. The staff was very helpful. I very much appreciate the daily update and the pictures of the damaged areas. Also, I was able to leave my rental car at the shop when I picked up my car and they arranged the pick up of the rental car. There was a small hiccup - one of the blinkers wasn't connected when I picked up my car. They took care of it the next morning.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car there after an accident as they were recommend by my insurance. They didn't do the full repair and missed to diagnose issue with the steering. When I called them to report issue with my car steering, they refused to take a look at the car and told me to find a mechanic to do the diagnostic. Person on phone wasn't friendly at all. So, I had to take my car to dealership and they did find critical issue with my car steering. I was out my car for 2 months. I don't recommend to take your car there for repair.Service: Body & Trim

Robert and his crew is the best and way better than any other body shops. I had a fender bender, and my Pathfinder s front hood had gaps in both side. Robert took a look on it and described a few options with details and prices. I chose the most cost efficient one and when I picked the car up, I was really amazed on the quality of the work. As shown on the picture, it's as good as before and it costed me a minimum. Also they have an Enterprise rental booth in their shop and it was so convenient.

My car got stolen while in the shop and then brutally vandalized, the general manager then had the audacity to suggest that it was me who broke in and stole the car in order to commit an insurance fraud. Will be seeing him in court once the insurance company is finished with the theft claim.

Called & got an appt for a estimate. Andrew was great. They did an excellent job!!! I'm VERY picky & was soooo HAPPY!!!Thanks Guys for making my car BEAUTIFUL again!!!

I had a broken side view mirror and called Mountain View Body shop on Middlefield. The guy I spoke with on the phone was nice he ordered the parts I needed and came the next day. But when I came in so they can work on my car, they added to the mess and broke a piece of something else. They tried to say when you go to a body shop and they tear you car apart somethings are liable to break. Hmmm...So, when you come to a body shop, you should expect things to break instead of them fixing stuff? Not! Luckily, they accommodated and worked with me so they redeemed themselves! They ended up having to reorder a part and fixed it same day. For that I appreciated them! But they should take ownership to their mistake!
