Mountain View Urgent Care

This place is going down hill since I last brought my family. The two ladies that made you feel welcome with big smile’s don’t seem to work here anymore. Doc seems tired and the young lady at the front seems to be lazy and confused.

I have been here several times. The staff is amazing and Dr. Ravenswaa always goes above and beyond. The Doctor has personally followed up with me several times as well as front desk, Jessica. Most Doctors dont go above and beyond to follow up with their patients. Thank you Mt.View Urgent Care!

I have never been to this clinic. I called them to schedule an appointment to look at my left lymph node on my neck.No one answered the phone. It was after 10 a.m. I ended up calling patients first and I have an appointment at 7:00 p.m. on June 24,2020.

All of the staff nurses and the doctor are absolutely top notch. I just came from Hawaii and they took care of my pregnant girlfriend and I. Extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Very light atmosphere and everybody working had a really good attitude. I highly recommend coming here for any medical issues.

I spoke very highly of this clinic and put 5 stars review but in the last week, my wife went in and I went in a week later. Both times, a script was supposed to been called in to the pharmacy and both times it wasn't! Very frustrating!

This urgent care is hands down the best. The Manager Felicia smiled and treated me like family from the moment I walked in. Seeing that I was nervous, she took the time to talk and laugh with me helping me relax. Dr. Ravenswaay listened to all concerns and was very kind. What a great place!

Patient care services was extraordinary! Office staff was very helpful & caring, especially Felicia. Dr. Van Ravenswaay was very kind, professional and took time to listen to my concerns. He’s Definitely one of the best Physicians in Anchorage. I recommend this Urgent Care 100%
