This is a great organization with high caliber local agents and staff. They go above and beyond for their clients. They have competitive rates and are willing to take the extra time to answer any questions you have. I highly recommend Farm Bureau to anyone looking for insurance or assistance with financial services.

This place is a joke. I have worked in the insurance industry for over a decade, and this place is a prime example of why the insurance industry has a bad reputation. Total lack of communication, rude on the phone, and they canceled my policy without even telling me...!?!? I moved to Colorado and they were supposed to help me find a new Farm Bureau agent here, but instead just canceled my policy without telling me. They may have decent rates and premiums, but you get what you pay for. I suggest taking your hard earned money somewhere else, somewhere that actually cares and will take care of you in a time of need, not just turn their backs and yell at you on the phone like you did something wrong. (I feel like it is worth mentioning that they did not deny a claim or anything too catastrophic like that towards me, I was simply calling in for a roadside assistance tow, only to find out my policy cancelled over 4 months ago with no notice from them what so ever)
