Reporters here cover up important stories and wait until they blow over. They also don't own up to their own mistakes and apologize when they wrong people.

Terrible terrible customer service they will tell you anything to get you to advertise, quoted me they had a circulation of 66,000 and it’s less than 10,000. Then when I complained about something hung up the phone in my ear. Wow Paula good customer service if you’re having a bad day maybe you shouldn’t take it out on your paying customers.

CONTRACTORS: You do NOT want to advertise with "Call-a-Pro". Miss Elizabeth is the only person handling all those accounts and she is HORRIBLE !! Always unnecessary issues, and 3 times as many excuses blaming co-workers for her repetive failures to behave intelligibly. She WILL create a constant headache for you, followed by denial of any responsibility thereof ... a very annoying "service" employee. To add insult to injury Mountaineer management denies you the ability to go through a more responsible, adult-like employee capable of doing their job correctly. My company, (as well as two contractor buddies), have pulled our ad's from this newspaper permanently due to Miss Elizabeth's ineffectiveness and constant lying to cover-up her repetitive mistakes. If you have the patience of a Tibetan Monk and do decide to advertise with them you will find that your phone does not ring any more often than prior to placing the ad. You've been warned.
