Conveniently located just off Central Avenue in Plaza-Midwood, MoveStudio Charlotte offers quality instruction in a host of movement genres. Think of us as your one-stop shop for Pilates, yoga, dance, fitness classes, and more! We offer group classes and private lessons for adults and children of all ages. MoveStudio allows a maximum of 12 people per class so that you can get the individual attention you need. Since opening in May of 2011, we have continued to add new classes to the weekly schedule for your convenience. We’ve recently added ballet, modern dance, CoreBarre, and cardio dance.
