Excellent service from the initial phone call all the way through!
I had a very good experience with Mr. Appliance. My repairman was Alex, and he was fantastic. My old washer needed a couple parts to get going again. He was on time and very polite and professional.
Quick and reasonably priced trip fee of 45. They will credit the 45 to any repair. Really impressed that they didn't try to talk me into a repair they knew would only be temporary- in fact, advised against it for that reason. Need more honest people in the repair field like this.
