Very Good store I'm very saddened that is has closed but David has moved to the Downtown location you can still get great service there

Mr. David has always been Great this is the man you want to see you can describe something he can draw it out he is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He use to be at the Western hills Mall he is now located on 1st avenue in Birmingham. He makes everyone he is in contact with fill welcome. There is another young man that also came from the same store Western hills that is at 1st ave as well he is also very knowledgeable I don't remember his name but when ever you need help drop by to see them..

David is a very passionate and professional guy. He went above and beyond today to ensure that I got everything I needed. I Highly recommend you stop by and pay them a visit. You won’t be disappointed

I just called to give my measurements and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. After a string of bad customer service experiences at Men’s Warehouse it’s nice to know the people still value their customers. I wish I got her name, but thank you for your great customer service!

Go see David, he's very professional and good at what he does. He guessed all my measurements within the half inch yet still took time to ensure the correct sizes for alteration purposes. He recently did my brother's wedding and my cousin's about a year and a half ago. David gone get your folks sharp, no question

Absolutely amazing service! David took care of me and was able to resolve all of the issues that I was having with my groomsmen’s tuxes. One of the best places in Bham! They will always have my business and the business of all of my friends. Could not ask for a better group of people to work with.

I made a call concerning an alteration and the lady that picked up the phone was more than rude. I felt that I was dismissed and my business was not wanted. I was given no reasoning for the stores' lack of ability to help. I have been doing business with this location for a long time and this is out of the ordinary service for them. I will continue to do more business with them but will be cautious in the future.

We wouldn't go anywhere else! Our son needed a tux for prom and we found what we were looking for! The staff was so professional and helpful. They were super busy but didn't leave any stone unturned when helping us. The tuxedo was ready as promised.

Loved the staff! Very helpful and fast with fitting. Large variety of formal attire to choose from. Only thing I didn't like was that the fitting was done in the front area/lobby which isn't the biggest. But in all would definitely recommend..
