Truly an exceptional experience. The front desk attendant, Mohammad, catered to every question and request. The room was gorgeous and so were the grounds. Room service was delicious for breakfast. Shower was huge. Perfect staycation in the city.
Great service. Great location. They went the extra mile to take care of us on short notice. They had a big wedding, so it was hard to find us a room, but they made it happen.
Attentive, friendly staff. The hotel is quiet and close to so many different activities and restaurants. Highly recommend.
Came via AMEX Fine Hotels. The rooms are very small, even though we got an 'upgrade'. Yes, you're in NYC, and rooms are small, but this is tiny. The service is subpar – and the food just not good. Overall, I'd avoid, even though Amex gave us $100 in free credits to stay here.
