I have had great experiences with Mr. Electric! They have been at my home for at least 3 jobs over the years and they always conduct themselves in a competent and courteous manner. They are not cheap, but their professionalism is worth it in my opinion.
Our tech responded and served us on a Sunday - after calling 7 other companies offering 24/7 service. Sure we paid a higher fee for service on a Sunday but the satisfaction to our tenant was more important. He arrived within 90 minutes and was communicative and affable - made the pain of Sunday service charge go down mush easier.
Used Mr Electric for a wiring job at my office during regular business hours. The rep was courteous to our staff as well as our customers. They took the time to clean up after themselves too. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience.
When I moved to Vegas my house needed sooo much...violations, previous sloppy jobs etc. Mr. Electric was fabulous. They upgraded electric system, switches, plugs, found and installed the central vac system, whole house surge protector, high hat lighting, chandeliers and more. They brought my house up to date. CLEAN, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY
The lights in 2 of my bathrooms weren't working. I test the wiring and didn't get any power to the switches. I contacted Mr. Electric. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She suggested I reset my GFCI outlets, which did the trick. I'm thankful for her advice. If I need an electrician in the future, I'll know who to call. Thanks.
What the person that gave us a bad rating neglects to state is that we let EVERY customer know prior to making an appointment if we have to take tools out to find what an issue may be then of course we are going to charge. We are providing a diagnostic as to what is wrong with what you called us out for. The person just didn't listen to our customer service representative stated on the phone when they set the appointment. Mr. Electric has been in business in Las Vegas since 1995. We have hundreds of satisified repeat customers. We are not perfect and do fall short sometimes, as every person does, but we make up for it when given the opportunity to do so. A simple phone call to the owner is all it takes......Thank you
