Mr Gyro's

Good eating! I like to come here for lunch, usually pretty quick-hot-&fresh! The original gyros are simply the best on the west side, but also #64; 6pc. wing with lemon pepper & French fries. Huge portions and fair prices, I would've gave 5 stars but they can come across kinda rude sometimes, but don't let that discourage you, try it!

Was told this place was family owned and the best place for catfish nuggets. It's definitely family owned, and make sure you get there before they close, they stop taking orders between 10:30-10:45. We got the catfish nuggets and regular gyros, along with the choose 3 option you MUST choose 3 different options, can't double. Everything was SO good, the gyros were some of the best I've had, loaded with meat, and onions. The catfish nuggets were seasoned perfectly, had a great crunch, and didn't taste like there wasn't any fish in them like other places. The choose 3 items were great as well, got the nuggets, shrimp, and wings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be back!

We love this place. GREAT gyros, great fries, great fried fish. Everything we've ordered tastes great and is served hot which is a particular nuance of mine...don't like cold food. And sometimes they have black and white cookies which we really miss originally from East Coast where these cookies are easy to get. If you haven't been here before, get the gyro and fries on your first visit. It's the best!

6/4 First time and it was great! I ordered the gyro meal. It comes with fries and a drink all for under $9! It was a good meal. They are not stingy on the portion. They have a friendly staff, and they are fast, but not fast food. If you're in the area stop by!

Great pricing, great food, and locally-owned. I think the fried sides okra, mushrooms, etc. are particularly delicious. I've been there multiple times and only had 1 dish that I wasn't impressed with Italian sausage. Feeds a family of 4 for under $40!

Been going here for well over 15 years or more and it has consistently always been great!! They have a great menu with tons of options. The wings and gyros are my favorite!!!

The food used to be consistently 5 stars every time but now I think it depends on the time of day you go. It's still always 3 stars and above and is still the most authentic gyros sandwich that you can get on Indys west side that I know of! I recommend you go for the gyros sandwich everytime and go closer to the dinner hour for a more freshly made sandwich. The drive-thru is the way to go and it's reallly quick but they do have a nice dining room if you want to go and take the kids.

I called in for 2 - 6 pieces of chicken wings dinner at 10 am and when I got there 20 minutes later the food was ready and I ask of I could see the order and it looked like the chicken was from the day before just re heated up and I told the owner that and she said she just cooked it. I know what fried chicken suppose to look like I will never go there again.

Hands down the very best Gyro in Indy. The picture I am posting does not give it any justice. At least 1/2 Lbs of meat. Nice and soft pita bread. I literally have to eat close to 1/2 the meat 1st, before I can roll the sandwich to eat it. I love this place. Although I live in totally opposite side of town, I try to make it here once a month at least.
