Less than half of the washing machines work and the ones that do work are the more expensive ones. There's never an attendant there to help when you need it, and the card machine is barely functional. The only reason I think it's still in business is because it stays open slightly later than the other nearby laundromat, so people use it as a last resort. I'd honestly rather they close this place altogether. It's a waste of space. The owner must be getting a really good deal on rental of this large space because how do you make profit, when less than half of your machines ever work, and traffic is so light? Idk. Save your money, go elsewhere

This place has been On and off service to the public customers. Lately they have been having business where they cover the laundromat with hundreds of green bags. There are so many bags that no one can go inside. The doors of the washing machines are super dirty and dusty. The soap dispensers have mold and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I do not recommend this place!

I have been going to this location for many years, this location is sometimes available to the public. Meaning the laundromat seems to be doing services for a company, there are a lot of bags being dropped and picked up. The washer machines are super dirty and the soap dispenser have mold. This location needs to be available to the community and needs to be cleaned properly especially in this COVID pandemic. I called today to speak to someone and share my feedback but someone picked up and hanged up on me. Very rude.

I requested a pickup/drop-off service from these folks because my regular laundry folks are closed due to Covid. My clothes were dropped off back to me with an entire Laundry bag of clothes missing! I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from their team for TWO WEEKS. Even delivery.com called me to see if they could resolve the issue. Absolutely disgraceful. Not one phone call or email. It’s one thing to operate a business during an unprecedented time, it’s another thing to be completely negligent. This is complete robbery.

The place raises the prices on a weekly basis now after 5 years of doing laundry there they raise the price to $5 extra for same day cleaning. They used to have a lady that was really good named Kim and now she quit since then the place is terrible and nobody knows how to do a simple cleaning and I always mess stuff never going back there again:

The African American lady who works Sunday nights is very rude. When I told her that their dryer machine is not working properly she said she didn't have time for this. I had put in 6 quarters and the clothes were still soaking wet and she starting getting upset and cursing. The situation was handled very unprofessionally. I have been using this laundromat for 3 years but never had encountered this incident. The staff before was very friendly and professional but now they hired new staff with no work ethics.

They have NO HOT WATER at this location. It doesn't matter which cycle you choose for your clothes, the water will run cold. I wonder, if they put up a sign on their door saying "no hot water wash available", would people still come in?? I mean, even if you just told somebody that there is a commercial laundromat in existence without hot water, they probably wouldn't believe you because it's just so bizarre. And the kicker is that they are much more expensive than the laundry around the corner on Avenue J that does have hot water! While I realize that most people wouldn't check online reviews prior to going to a laundromat, I am doing what I can to spread the information. P.S.: they did replace all the dryers with new. Not sure what good it does though when your clothes aren't being washed properly.

I used to use this laundromat when I lived in Brooklyn. I always had bad experiences; they would dry clothing I specifically told them not to, as well as tell me my clothing will be ready for pickup at a certain time - I would arrive and they would either still be dirty or already washed but still wet and make me wait another full hour. I do not recommend this place.

Lady who works there is very rude. She was on her headphones talking when I came in, couldn't even put her personal phone call on hold, ignored me when i spoke to her. They never pick up the phone and voice mail box is full. They do not offer delivery. They only accept cash, but they don't tell you that, and there is no sign stating as such when you drop off your clothing. Would not go back there.
