The guy at the counter was very professional. He ordered my tires and installed them on time. Great experience!!!
I called ahead and they told me to come in. I waited 4 hours for a tire change. It’s Not the one mechanic that actually showed up to works fault but whoever spoke to me on the phone shouldn’t have told me to come knowing they were short staffed. The reason it’s 5 stars is they gave me a discount in exchange for a 5 star review so here we are.
First Off I Wish Zero Stars Was An Option! The unprofessionalism Of The Cornrow Braids Wearing Manager is beyond me ! I made an appointment for 5pm when the advertised closing time is 7pm and when I showed up the whole entire store was closed, lights off , no employees in site! I call the call center for them to tell me they called the store manager Braids and he can’t do the services the next day only some and I would have to come back next week for the rest. While finding another location to accommodate my services fully I sat in the parking lot and a small car parks and a man Braids gets out and comes and unlocks the door. I open the car door and say, “hey do you work here do you know why they close and I had a 5’o clock appointment” ? Braids turns around in an nonchalant demeanor with looked to be a slight irritation on his face and responded, “I told customer service I don’t have any techs after 4pm and I tried to called you”. Now my first issue is definitely have no calls from him or his office no note placed in any records of contact trying to be made. Second issue is how is it he has the attitude that I was forced to call customer service to get help with him closing his store early and not communicating that with the business or the sign on the door ! Third where is your communication with the internet to update your hours or to at least let Mr.Tire cooperate know that you don’t work after 4pm. Either way not the paying customers issue and we shouldn’t have to deal with The Attitude ! The inconsideration & inconvenience!!
Was scheduled for a Monday and when I arrived I was told they may not get to me today, even though the store was open for 5 more hours. When I came back the following Wednesday, the techs were late and I sat there for 4 hours waiting to get 4 tires installed. Terrible customer service and the employees were at each other necks the entire time. Will never go back!
I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or not, but I definitely wasn't given good service. In 2024, this definitely shouldn't be the case. I will not be returning to this location!
We went in to have our brakes checked, front and back. We thought we would need both. The brake inspection was free. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we only needed front brakes and rotors. He told us the back brakes were fine. If he was dishonest, he could have hit us with back brakes too, but he was honest and did not take advantage of us.
Mr. Tire worked on my car engine and my car now has a new life. Now, my car is serving me perfectly fine. No issues. Thanks to Mr. Tire.
I have been going to this location for years for my tires. Recently I went to purchase four new tires and was told that installation will take no longer than 45min to an hour so I opted to wait. After waiting for an hour the front desk employee came to me and stated ,” Whomever put the current tires on put on a lug nutt that was too small so we have to work with it a little more to get it off.” Upon which I replied okay. Let me advise you that the current tires I’m having replaced they installed in 2020. Approximately 20 to 30 minutes later the front desk representative returned this time stating,” So now the part that the lug nutt screws on is loose and is just turning.” In directly admitting damage. I took my vehicle to a nearby shop immediately who pointed out that the lugg nuts were indeed the same size which debunks the technicians first claim. The lug nut marked with black is the one they damaged. You can see in the photo all the dents and scratches from them trying to get off the lug nut. I wish I could upload video of how the stud is broken and just turning now. Furthermore if the stud was just turning why not immediately notify me or if you knew you couldn’t get it off properly I’d rather you come out and say that instead of damaging it and then acting as if it were already done. Now I am left with a $341 bill after spending $846 on tires. Where are the employees integrity!? Corporate is only agreeing to refund $30 for the tire install, what a slap in the face. Where is the proper investigation . I have video and photos and still they are refusing to pay for the damages. Stay far away from this place if you don’t want to be left with an additional bill. Now I have to go through the courts to get the reimbursement I deserve.
I have taken my car here for years for oil changes and minor repairs, and they have always been so kind and professional. The manager, Chris, is great! I was having issues with my diagnostic port due to work I had gotten done at another repair shop, and he and his team fixed it for no charge! It was an easy fix, but many places would have still charged the diagnostic fee. I highly recommend this location!!
I would never go there. By one who's running a show, there is horrible rude and neutral center to others. He should no longer be working for that company.
