I really appreciated Mike’s work the first three times I used his services. The last time he offered to do additional work he grossly underestimated the cost of doing the jobs and then expected us pay more. He bid on extra work that he was not an expert in staining a porch, replacing some wood and trim coil and he did poor quality or unfinished work. He had me buy materials that he didn’t use and he left his tools on my porch for weeks as well as blue painters tape used to edge and didn’t come get them. I can no longer trust him to bid on or complete work professionally.

Mike and crew were excellent! Showed up early, finished in the expected amount of time, and charged our agreed-upon price. Mike took extra care to make sure the job was done to my liking and his crew member went the extra mile to make sure leftover paint from our building update was carefully scraped off the windows. Couldn’t be happier with this service!

When we first moved to Reston, we didn't know a soul. Our new house was in pretty good condition but it did need some home improvement! The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and the house needed exterior cleaning too. We asked our new neighbors who they used and they told us they used Mr. Windows Cleaning Service for the commercial window cleaning and power washing at their office and residential window cleaning at their home. We gave them a try and were immediately impressed. They offered us a military discount and the technicians did a fantastic job, particularly with the window sill cleaning. They also did the chandelier cleaning and got rid of all of the spider webs and dust build up. For the exterior cleaning, they did everything from the pool deck cleaning to the downspout cleaning and gutter whitening to the basement stair well cleaning and outdoor sealing, cleaning and refinishing of the driveway, walkways and patio cleaning. And all at a reasonable price! We are going to have them come out regularly and are watching their website closely for news of upcoming deals like their spring cleaning and mothers day special that the owner Mike was telling us about. We have a contemporary style house in Purcellville with a ton of windows and skylights including a two story great room. We were hosting our son's wedding reception and had not had the windows cleaned in years. We needed prompt efficient and competent service to wash the windows and do the exterior cleaning prior to the wedding. A key element was finding a residential window cleaning company who would work around the house and not damage the landscaping which had just been spruced up for the reception. Mr Windows delivered everything we needed and more. They were great. Their staff were on time, polite and very respectful of the house and landscape. They did an outstanding job cleaning inside and pressure washing outside for a good price. Would definitely hire these folks again.

We are so pleased with the interior and exterior cleaning service we received from Mr. Windows. They were power washing and cleaning the outside of our buildings windows but were more than happy to extend their services to clean the inside of our office as well for a very reasonable rate. It saved us a lot of stress and time as they were in and out in less than 20 minutes and now we have beautifully clean glass windows and window sills. It makes such a difference. We would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, we already have. We gave my mother their Mother's Day Cleaning Special coupon to apply towards her chandelier cleaning.

I have had my gutters cleaned regularly. Despite that they have been overflowing in torrents. I tore off the underground extensions and found the drain pipes totally clogged with leaf debris . I am digging it out with a variety of implements and am at least five feet up the drain pipe. No way they were properly cleaned. So discouraging!
