The chauffeur was absolutely wonderful. The flight was delayed and we were stopped for 2 hours on the highway because of an accident and the chauffeur could not have been better, more professional and classy. We felt safe. He handled the situation wonderfully. He was terrific. My director, who came in from France had so many great things to say about the ride and service. He was so pleased and looks forward to his return ride with your company.

Great service! I traveled here with my wife and our 8 month old son. The owner of the company picked us up and was even our tour guide while taking us to our hotel. He was very professional and. On time. Great service, I would recommend him again!

They always do a good job transporting me to where I need to be in a timely manner. MSP Car Service respects that you have deadlines that need to be met. Drivers are clean cut and keep the rides clean. They don't talk your head off either! Good place!

Terrible service!!! They are seriously lacking in customer service skills. I called them up with a complaint because a driver dropped me off a mile away from my location and way over charged me by taking the longest way possible.  When I called they were so rude!!!!
