Mt Lake Pool & Patio Shop

I am 85 years old, and have dealt with every kind of vendor out there, but have never had the customer service, or intention to satisfy, that the people at Mountain Lakes have provided. Superb!!!

Had a great experience with Mt. Lakes. Called them on Monday, Mike was here on Tuesday to diagnose, said they were very busy, we said "no hurry". On Thursday they called and said they could come on Friday today. The crew of three arrived at 8am. They were friendly and professional. The problem, a non-functioning skimmer, required digging for access and repair. They were finished by 2pm and left a very neat site. We could not be more pleased with the job.

Love the personal service you get a Mt. Lake, if you're having issues seek out their help. Jim is great at troubleshooting issues, he'll take the time you need to make it right. The new location is great, plenty of room and easy parking.

We had an incredible experience with Mt Lake at both their warehouse sale and in-store for our outdoor pool and patio furniture. Service was exceptional and the team took the time to understand our property and help us decide what was the right fit. We looked at other places but Mt Lake had the best selection and best price by far. Our order came quickly and was delivered to our home right away and in time for the summer season. Overall great experience and I highly recommend.

My experience started with chasing people down that finally came two days after scheduled.The guys that came out were nice enough but I then called to follow up since we never heard back. At that point I was spoke to in a very demeaning manor when I asked a simple question. I will never again use them. Not to mention they are not reasonably priced. Be more transparent upfront and listen to your customers. It will go a long way.

My wife and i moved into our house w/ existing in-ground pool 5 years ago. MtL&P were the company that closed it for prev. owners, and have been a solid resource for information and service from the start. The filter was on its last leg 20+ years so we replaced it after 5 years of use. MtL&P were awesome to work with. Came out, talked through several solutions, discussed what we were looking for, and fully installed the system w/o a hitch. Highly recommended. Their in-store staff are knowledgeable and direct. Very appreciated! We will continue to work with MtL&P. Thank you.

Nice selection of furniture, but the pool supplies and service area in the back is what earns the rating. Prices are competitive, and they actually know what they are talking about. Theyve helped me troubleshoot chemical issues and their field service was spot-on JJ in particular.

Mt. Lake Pool and Patio is my favorite store !! They have wonderful people working there that are very Knowledgeable. The showroom is absolutely beautiful. They have a great selection of table top accessories and gifts. Anything your looking for at any budget is available. The most beautiful selection of Patio furniture I have ever seen.
