The day before we came in I heard my car hit something but my air pressure was fine so I didn’t think anything much of it. The next day as my son and I were on the freeway my air pressure all of a sudden went going down until it hit 0 out of nowhere. Thankfully we were able to safely go to the nearest exit and found this nearest auto shop and I’m glad we did because Ulises Ochoa took care of us walk-ins right away and showed everything wrong with my tires not just the damaged one. We also got a good price! And were taken care of with such a decent amount of time and we were able to do our errands still that day. Will definitely come back for when I change my other tires! If you want the definition of true customer service this is the place. I arrived there with a weird grinding noise coming from my rear tire. I had no appointment except for a phone call saying I was on my way in. The mechanic that worked with me was awesome and a true master of his craft. This mechanic took the time to check my wheels my brakes my bearings everything. When he took my car for a test drive at first he didn't hear the noise that I heard, When I explain to him that the noise was real he didn't call me crazy he didn't say I don't hear anything you're fine No. He took my car out again following my instructions to produce the noise. When he got back He took the time to take the wheels off and he noticed that one of the lug nuts had become loose. a product of faulty workmanship from another company that I bought tires from After thoroughly examining my brakes and telling me the truth about my rotors saying I still had material and a purchase was not necessary at the time. He put my wheels back on and made sure they were tight. The noise disappeared. He shook my hand and told me there's no need to buy anything and that the service that he provided was free of charge. I attempted to tip him and he refused. luckily it wasn't anything serious. But any other unscrupulous characters could have said it's your rotors You need new brakes you need new rotors or they could have gone the extra mile and said it's a bad bearing and you need new bearings. Not this gentleman. They will definitely be seen further service from me when I truly do have a problem and I know that they will diagnose it thoroughly and will tell me exactly what parts I do need and what parts I don't. It's honesty and and level of customer service that you do not see these days from many automotive places. This place is the gem in a sea of shawty workmanship and mechanics lying to make a buck.

I walked in to have my oil changed and received a quote of $110. This price really upset me because my father had his oil changed at this same location just days prior for only $60. Mind you, my father's truck takes more oil than my vehicle. The man was able to "work the price" down to $74. But I refused service, because clearly they assumed, me being a female... I should pay more for my mechanical needs. My dad's vehicle takes 2 more quarts of oil than mine, is only 1 year newer than mine, has more miles than mine... his is Ford, mine is Jeep. Not to mention, you need to take his skid plate off to change his oil, which requires more labor. We use the same oil in both of our vehicles. Clearly, specifications on the vehicles should still price mine in the same price point, if not lower. I also went to the shop within the same sale week. There is no reason or excuse for attempting to charge me double, or any amount more than he.

Over the past few years I have been very pleased with this Goodyear outlet.That completely changed on Friday. My check tire pressure light was on. I told the technician which tire it indicated. He put air in that tire. When I told him the light was still on, he said don't worry about, drive the car for 1 mile and the light would go out. That left me feeling like he really didn't care. That is not how that works. I drove to another tire shop that corrected the issu..

Ulysses provided great customer service and really helped me out. I had a screw in my tire and they got me in on a walk-in when I know appointments are generally the best way to go. I'm SO thankful they could patch my tire. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service, Ulysses!

I paid roughly $1.5k due to a growing oil leak to replace the gasket and such. I noticed it’s still been leaking despite the replacement since then and have just not bothered going through with further repairs due to cost. Loved the free inspection and filling up tires with air though. The customer service is nice, the costs and quality of repairs not so much. Will be going through a personal mechanic from now on, even if that means the time of getting auto-work done won’t be as easy to schedule

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY $1600+ FOR A BRAKE LIGHT!!! Went in because I kept getting a brake light error notification and my light would go in & out. I asked them to look at the light and to check over the car since I'd just driven cross country. I can't remember what they said the reason was, but they told me that I actually needed all new front tires, struts, and axels - costing over $1600!!! Luckily, I know a little about cars and knew there was no way. I picked it up and took it to a different place one that a family friend recommended as reputable and they simply replaced the bulb, did not find any other issues, and actually didn't even charge me. I'm not sure if it was because I'm out of state, a young woman, or both but this was absolutely ridiculous. I can't imagine how many people they've scammed...

Do not take your vehicle here. They overprice their repairs like crazy. They wanted to charge me $830 to change my brake pads and rotors!? I took it home the next day ordered GOOD parts online and did it all for $170 in less then 2 hours. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they found out my axel was cracked but they wanted to charge me $450-$500 for that too. Also they had my hood opened when all I asked was for them to check my brakes and now I have a check engine light on my car?? Not saying they sabatoged anything but definitely suspicious. please take your car somewhere else

Although I came out of here spending $600 more than I planned, it was a great experience and I would go back. I believe they gave me a great deal I got my oil change free the purpose of my visit. I use to go to Sears auto regularly and they never told me my brakes were worn down.
