This office is completly unorganized. The policy’s they follow are outdated and the customer service and patient care is very poor. They have no consideration for the patients time. They over schedule then cancel same day I have never had a positive experience at the office. Expect to wait minimum two hours before you are seen, and know you spend the bulk of your visit getting your vitals taken and weighed. I literally spoke to doctor for no more than 2 mins. And have been seeing them over a year with no results indicating any sort of condition…What they hell makes them take so long? Idk he’s probably taking a nap on the toilet. Seriously find another location!
soul crushing, time wasting, experience. if you are seeking a patient and caring physician who seeks to answer your questions and quiet your fears of neurological problems then “Dr.” Kundi is not the place to go. Not only is he rude but i would consider his character to be egotistical in his manner, turbulent with his language, evasive in his explanations, and unfriendly in his behavior. i’ve had better experiences at the school nurse.
The doctor is extremely rude and unprofessional. He was unwilling to answer any medical questions or concerns. He even abruptly left the room and didn’t return during my appointment. I will seek out a new neurologist.
I have reached out multiple times simply asking for my medical records. I called twice to check that they had my correct email address and they said they would send me the records in 5 to 10 minutes. They NEVER did. I call today July 3rd, and someone answered saying that everyone took the day off. Good for them! Must be a hard job NOT sending people their own information they asked for SEVERAL times. I'm sure you all need a break. Maybe one of these days I will actually get my medical records. As for Dr. Kundi, he is kind and knowledgeable and straight to the point. His staff is incompetent.
If I could give a 0 I would. Both staff and dr are so rude. Wait time is more than an hour always and they never tell you anything, just leave you waiting. They've cancelled our appointment for no reason I sure didn't cancel it and then acted like they did US a favor by squeezing us in then making us wait 2 hours. Staff just talks to each other. Grabbed my stuff and kicked me out while my mother had an appointment after making us wait forever. I asked for a copy of the results, he said no and to ask another dr for them then told us to leave? Infuriating. Have fun waiting 2+ hours every time if you go here lol
Quite a terrible experience. All patients there were on a 2 hour wait. A lady before me had been there since 2:30pm and wasn’t seen till 4:45pm my appointment was at 3pm, seen at 5pm. All the office staff do a good job faking to be kind and “understanding” and excusing/justifying their lack of competence and ability to respect their patients time/appointments. The doctor himself is rather short with his recommendations, had no empathy or compassion in his voice, tried undermining my epilepsy case by referencing the fact that I was able to walk on my own and speak clearly I’ve been having seizures persistently even on meds for about 3/4year now and was looking for a new opinion. He is direct about his UNwillingness to assist you with any documentation, paperwork, or applications needed for any benefits or insurance purposes. My experience has been very poor with most neurologists regarding benefits and paperwork though. Not going back, and would not recommend.
Staff was uncommunicative & unprofessional and all they did was talk amongst themselves about how one of them got a speeding ticket for going 120 mph, and they were drunk, and that they have a friend in the police department that they were going to ask to help get away with it. No one cared to let us know how much longer we had to wait. We waited over 40 minutes without being told anything, so we decided to leave as it was very bad customer service. It was a complete waste of time, and to add insult to injury, when we had made our initial appointment, we went to the doctor’s Glendora office, and we called them to let them know, and they said “Sorry, we do not accept patients more than 15 minutes late.” Talk about hypocritical! Thee worst!
I saw Dr Kundi today for the first time... After reading the reviews posted, I was a bit anxious about my appointment. I was 15 minutes early but was given the paper work to fill out. Dr called me in and was very efficient and knowledgeable about my problem. He had the nurse give me an appointment for my next visit. I was out of the office within 45 minutes. I am very pleased...
I got stroke last year and I've been referred to Doctor kundi to be my neurologist.Until now I really don't know why he is giving me seizure medication and I've no seizure.I think he don't know what he is doing.
The waite is long, Dr. Kundi is very rude and intimidating. He even made threats. He should know better. He's being in the business too long to give such bad service. May be he needs to retire.
