No wait for breakfast at 10:15am. Delicious food. Made quickly and exactly as ordered. Easily accommodated my kids’ allergies. Definitely order a homemade muffin. Served the right way—grilled with butter. The server was super friendly and the restaurant was clean and full of locals. Worth a stop. Dietary restrictions: Diary Free
Rating: - “Amazing” Service The moment we walked into Mul’s Diner, we felt at home. Our server, Vicky, made sure my girlfriend and I felt like regulars. Her warmth and genuine care were palpable, creating an atmosphere that was both welcoming and comforting. It’s clear that the staff at Mul’s not only love their jobs but also each other, fostering a cohesive and friendly environment. Every restaurant could learn a thing or two from the exemplary service here. Vicky’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor turned our meal into a memorable experience. Decor Mul’s Diner embodies everything you’d expect from a classic diner. The decor features a beautiful bar, comfortable cushioned seats, and typical wooden tables. While it may not win any design awards, the decor is functional and fits the diner theme perfectly. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, contributing to a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. Food The food at Mul’s Diner is nothing short of exceptional. It’s one thing to make a pancake, but it’s another to make it thick, fluffy, and delicious. My girlfriend and I both ordered eggs, bacon, and pancakes, but I opted for the “pancake taco,” a seasonal item that became so popular it earned a permanent spot on the menu. The combination of standard breakfast items, made to perfection, was a culinary delight. Mul’s has a way of making simple food taste extraordinary. This was, without a doubt, one of my favorite and most memorable dining experiences in Boston. In Retrospect Reflecting on our visit, Mul’s Diner stands out as a gem in Boston’s dining scene. The incredible service, cozy decor, and outstanding food create a dining experience that is both unique and unforgettable. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Mul’s for a meal that feels like home. Final Verdict: - “Amazing” Catchy One-Liner: “Mul’s Diner: Where exceptional service and extraordinary pancakes make you feel right at home.”
i had a pretty specific craving of both pancakes and eggs but couldn’t decide and this place had them BOTH!! i loved it, loved it all. Amazing healthy pancake tacos, never seen anything like it haha. 10/10Food: 5/5
Enjoyed a satisfying breakfast at Mul's, a gem in Southie known for its laid-back neighborhood vibe. I had the classic French toast and an omelet, both of which were delicious and exactly what I was craving. The service was friendly and efficient, making the overall experience very pleasant. I'd recommend Mul's to anyone looking for a no-fuss, quality breakfast spot in the area. Great place to start your day!
Place was very average to me. The food was sub par. The French toast was the only item on my plate I enjoyed, and it was their regular pancakes. Overall, the prices were not worth the food. The potatoes were still solid form, not cooked enough to my liking. The sausage links were definitely not cooked enough. If I was back in the area, I would not go back. Just not for me.
Visiting Boston and Muls had good reviews and was close to our hotel. I’m glad we stopped in because the service was fast, the food was good. Everyone enjoyed their food and the staff were nice! The potatoes were really good and my daughter enjoyed the pancakes.Food: 5/5
Great grub and lovely folk. Well worth the visit. I love their Irish breakfast as the sausage and pudding, both white and black are from home. The food is always very tasty and the coffee hot and refilled. An authentic American diner, it is not far from Broadway station and easy to get to and well worth it. Staff are genuine and lovely.
I enjoyed the pancakes and sausage. The eggs not so much. my waiter was nice and the music was great. Full review on instagram: Junebugstastyadventures
Freaking love this place! Tried it for the first time the other day and already would love to return. As mentioned look out for "Amrheins". This is the name of the old bar which was located here and an interesting piece of history as well. Def recommend the steak breakfast! Food: 5/5
Went here for breakfast with my family and it didn't disappoint. Muls is your typical family diner with bars, booths and tables. Very cozy and good place to bring your family. The service was good and all staff that we interacted with, were very friendly. Food was good and affordable. I would definitely recommend the Creme brulee French toast.
