Mulberry Street Mortgage

Brian and this local office is by far the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with in my entire life. 31/2 months after accepting an offer on my home the pre approved buyer that was using this company finally was able to complete the sale of our home. After missing numerous closing dates, being lied to, and having to threaten to sue Mulberry Street the closing finally occured. However after all the papers were signed Mulberry Street attempted to back out of the deal and not fund the buyers loan. After more threats finally it was funded. I know several agents that refuse to now work with this lender. I intend to file complaints with the BBB and the real estate commission. The above is factual and facts can be verified upon request. Multiple places told me I would have a very hard time getting approved for a housing loan. These guys got me approved!
