The lady at the desk was extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes. The computer didn't work properly and she was blaming it on us. She forced us to pay 2$ taping charge per box, which I have never come across anywhere. Horrible experience!
Can be hit or miss. Sometimes there’s no people, other times there’s a line out of the door.
Showed up a little early to avoid a line to pick up a package I need before going to work. It’s now 30 minutes after open and they’re still closed.
