Muncie City Bus Terminal

My experience with Greyhound has been nothing short of monstrous. I find the service quality extremely low,and I continually struggle with the question of how to access my ticket once purchased. I am struggling with that now. I don't have a printer and I don't know anyone who does. I am not a university student, so I can't trot to the library or lab to use those resources. What are you thinking? Have you forgotten that you serve the Muncie adult community as well as the students, and that many of us do not have the resources required to do business with you?
