This is a breath of fresh air. This particular Music-go-round is run by a father and son team. They are well versed on all of your needs and an inhouse repair shop. Check out the "Silvertone" electric guitars they have. Didn't Sears Roebuck carry that brand like a million years ago.
I have been happily doing business with this FAMILY RUN LOCATION for nearly 20 years. Their "buy" prices are always fair - even a bit generous on special items. Their "sell" prices are always on point, even on new items like accessories. This particular location also offers a FULL REPAIR SHOP ---Band Instruments, Electronics, Set-Ups and Full Luthier Services--- They really do it all. I have personally had several difficult and labor intensive repairs completed by them IN HOUSE at very REASONABLE RATES. Truly a HIDDEN GEM in the area, this shop is FULL SERVICE, COMPETENTLY RUN, and the employees are always FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGABLE. THIS LOCATION IS WORTH SEEKING OUT!!!
I purchased a used guitar that was at a very good price. The wiring was messed up but for what's it made out of is worth double. Someone gutted it for cool pickups and put junk in its place with an electrical tape wiring job. I appreciate when the work involved is noticed and its priced accordingly. Staff is great. I'm about to go buy more stuff today. Highly recommend.
The most wonderful staff! I had trouble placing an order for a cello online and they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, making sure I was able to purchase the instrument at last. They even sent me a video of the cello's sound and extra pictures so I could get a better idea of it's quality, since I don't live close enough to come by and check it out in person. Overall, a great experience-- only wish I lived closer to Minnesota so I could purchase all my equipment from their store in the future.
I have bought and sold equipment at this store several times. This is an exceptional music go round with great service and staff! They will take care of you and make the deal right! The onsite technician is awesome and makes every effort to provide great customer service.
a great experience. help, selection, VERY reasonable prices guitar stand, $10. also there: jaw harp, bagpipes, guitars all type, amps, keyboards, strings, auto haps, banos, ukes, cymbals, sticks, sheet music, harmonicas, tuners, more. one more time - great help.
I have been in here a few times, and while the people have - for the most part - been friendly, they know little about what they sell. Their offers for used gear were ridiculous. You're better off going across the street to the pawn shop.
Great selection. My band practices close to hear and if there's ever anything we need it's a quick run over and most of the time they've got it. Friendly staff and good cheap used items.
In all of my 25+ years of buying gear, I have never received such a filthy. dirty disgusting piece of gear like the one I just received from these guys. The head is a complete piece of JUNK that should have been sold at a yard sale for $20 bucks. First of all this should have been listed as FAIR at best, it was not. Second, it is NOT 100 watts as stated, it's 60 watts and lastly it was packed VERY poorly with NO bubble wrap. Not happy.
She's in a band, super intelligent, really chill, and totally cute. I hope she reads this and realizes who wrote it. I tried to build up the courage to ask her out, but I chickened out. You know who you are, and if you know who this is Metallica boy hint, hint then awesome, I want you to know I think your amazing, and I totally want to take you out. Say yes!
