Music on the Hill's retail store sells guitars, ukuleles, percussion instruments as well as a full range of accessories for all string, percussion and band/orchestra instruments. Our sheet music selection offers method books and repertoire for all instruments including piano and guitar. Music on the Hill also offers private and group lessons for students ages 3-adult in piano, guitar, bass, violin, voice, clarinet, flute, trumpet, saxophone and percussion. Music on the Hill also offers rental instruments in guitar, woodwinds, brass and strings.

Since this place added a guitar tech and luthier, I have taken in three guitars and received perfect setups and provided great service in general. So glad to have these folks in Capitol Hill instead of having to give a conglomerate like Guitar Center my business!
What a lovely place to not only purchase an instrument but learn how to use it! We started with my granddaughter learning the violin and moved on to mommy taking guitar lessons. Very homey atmosphere and great with kids of all ages! When I finally have the time I want to learn how to play drums!

I came in bought a CD and realize it was a promo. Came in the next day to return it, expecting a huge deal and probably wont be able to return it because i threw away the receipt but within 3 minutes the dude gave me store credit. They take care of there customers.
Amazing service, kind patient, descent pro Sumer selection in guitar and electronics, fast and easy check out, low pressure. AMAZING REPAIRs!!!
The entire staff was really friendly. The vibe at the store was also more relaxed than Music on the Hill which made the experience pleasant.
